We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the completed return form provided with your original shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label included in your order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the returned goods.
